Each year Rally holds their premiere RallyOn conference, which inspires, educates and helps build a sense of community for its attendees. The company knew the brand for
RallyOn, the conference brand for Rally software which went public in 2013, needed to be updated and elevated to better reflect the existing Rally software brand and the company’s growth and international aspirations.
Rally Software’s overall goal is to gain a larger market share and a greater international influence. The idea was to use RallyOn as a vehicle to elevate the overall Rally brand experience and prepare the company for larger and international customers. Guillen created an innovative brand strategy, designed core brand elements and provided execution support.
The current Rally brand is focused on the meaning of the Rally process. The new Guillen RallyOn brand is based on the same core brand elements, but uses them in a more open and playful way, creating a powerful experience with bold colors and clear shapes to highlight and reinforce Rally software opening up to new markets and new developments.
